Mushroom Dumplings served with a Meat Crepe and Gravy

Ingredients

  • 8 Mushroom Dumplings
  • 1 medium pot of boiling water
  • 1 sachet of gravy
  • Meat crepe
  • 1 Table spoon of butter or oil
  • 1 parsley stem
  • 1 piece of radicchio

Preparation

  1. Make ahead – following the instructions on the gravy sachet, prepare your gravy.
  2. In a frying pan, reheat meat crepe on medium heat.
  3. Boiling of Dumplings – Once your water starts boiling, throw in 8 Supreme Mushroom Dumplings. Once the Dumplings float to the top, continue boiling for another 7-8 minutes and stir occasionally.  Strain and serve.
  4. After the boiling process is complete, transfer the dumplings onto a plate.
  5. Serving suggestions – 8 of Supreme Meat Dumplings serves 1 person.
  6. Drizzle gravy over Dumplings and add the preheated meat crepe on the side.
  7. Decorate plate with a piece of radicchio and a stem of parsley (optional).
