We are pleased to let you know you can now prepare our pierogies in half the time. The JJ Wilk Pierogies Brand are convenient to prepare delicious PRE-COOKED Pierogies for the busy consumer.

Enriched flour, (flour, niacin, iron, riboflavin, thiamine, folic acid) potatoes (potatoes), water, canola oil and/or soy oil, onion, garlic, salt spices.
Contains wheat and soy ingredients. May contain traces of milk ingredients. Allergen Prevention Program is in effect at our facility.

Product is not pre-cooked and must be boiled first.
BOILED – Most Recommended
Place frozen pierogies in boiling water for 7-8 minutes until they float to the top and are well puffed. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Drain in colander, toss gently in melted butter or margarine. Serve with your choice of favourite toppings like sour cream, sautéed onions, or bacon.
Product must be boiled first before following these other cooking instructions.
PAN FRIED – A Traditional Favourite
Cover bottom of frying pan with cooking oil, margarine, or butter and heat to 190°C (375°F), or medium heat.
Place boiled pierogies into frying pan and fry for 4 minutes on one side and then 4 minutes on flip side.
Remove and serve with your choice of favourite toppings like sour cream, onions, or bacon.
BAKE – A Light and Crispy Alternative
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Place boiled pierogies on a non-stick baking pan.
Spray both sides of pierogies with cooking oil, or brush pierogies with light coating of cooking oil.
Bake the first side for 10 minutes and flip side for 5 minutes.
Serve with your favourite choice of toppings like sour cream sautéed onions, or bacon.
To successfully deep fry pierogies, first preheat cooking oil to 160°C (325°F) or low heat.
Place boilied pierogies into pot, cover the pot and fry for 5-6 minutes.
Remove and let pierogies cool, as they are very hot and can cause injury.
Serve with your choice of your favourite toppings like sour cream, sautéed onion, or bacon.
Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74°C or greater before serving
